Personal Recommended
Please Use IMAP Protocol if you want to access your email across multiple devices; mobile phones, different PCs. IMAP acts like microsoft exchange server but only for email and contact services.
If you want more secure email service, please use POP3. It will keep all your data; Inbox, Sent Item, etc, on your PC. Main Pro here is that this protocol will keep all your data in one PC and those data won’t be leak and couldn’t accessed from any devices other than your current PC. So, this fact is the Main Con here if you want to use your email from multiple devices and sync all your data across your devices including Send Items
P.S. if above methods don’t work, please use webmail with following setting;
Open web browser the type in address bar, “ https://mail.regardsengineering.com:2096 “
And use your email address and password.
